WARREN — Commuters who use Van Dyke Avenue in Warren might want to seek an alternate route this month.

ST. CLAIR SHORES — A suspect has been taken into custody as Michigan State Police continue to investigate the death of a 17-year-old girl found with a gunshot wound on Interstate 94 in St. Clair Shores early Oct. 14.

EASTPOINTE/WARREN — The Warren and Eastpointe fire departments are working together to investigate a pair of house fires that occurred the morning of Oct. 10 that Warren Fire Commissioner Skip McAdams said are “suspicious in origin.” At approximately 6:14 a.m.

WARREN — Warren firefighters responded to a fire in the basement of an apartment building on 10 Mile Road east of Hoover Road Monday morning. At 10:22 a.m. on Sept. 19, Warren firefighters were dispatched to a report of a fire at the Cove on 10 apartment complex.
