ST. CLAIR SHORES — According to a press release by the St. Clair Shores Police Department, at approximately 4:45 a.m. on July 3, an officer saw a vehicle associated with an Amber Alert issued by the Lansing Police Department. The vehicle was traveling near Nine Mile Road and Harper Avenue.
