CLINTON TOWNSHIP — An 84-year-old Harrison Township man has been arraigned in connection with the death of a pedestrian in July. Richard Munro was arraigned in the 41B District Court in Clinton Township on Nov. 28 for the July 3 death of a 47-year-old Troy resident, Mehn A. Sinh, who was crossing Jefferson Avenue.
