WARREN — Police responded to several dispatch calls regarding a shooting at Veterans Memorial Park, located at 27400 Campbell Road, at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Aug. 31.

According to Warren police, witnesses saw the victim along with another male approaching a white sedan and talking to those in the vehicle. Shortly after that, the two were seen running from the sedan as those inside the vehicle allegedly fired shots, according to police in a written statement.
