WARREN — The legal wrangling between Warren City Council and Warren Mayor James Fouts to determine who has control of the city’s budget has gone on for years.

FRASER — A 15-year-old Fraser High School student has been charged by the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office with calling in a bomb threat to his school. The student was reportedly brought in by school staff on Dec. 5 because of another unrelated conduct violation.

HAZEL PARK — The parent of a student in the Hazel Park Public Schools district is facing criminal charges after allegedly threatening to blow up the high school.

ROCHESTER HILLS — Two firefighters were injured battling a recent house fire in Rochester Hills.
