Cruise into Jammin’ at the Junction Sept. 23
ROSEVILLE — The city of Roseville’s Downtown Development Authority will present the annual Jammin’ at the Junction car show from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 23.
The event will be held on Utica Road, between 12 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue. Participants can register in advance for $10 or $20 on the day of the event.

Local law enforcement honored at safety event
UTICA — On Sept. 10, three members of local law enforcement were honored during the Brighter Michigan PAC’s America Safety First event held at Jimmy John’s Field.
The political action committee honored Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham as law enforcement administrator of the year; Macomb County Sheriff Cmdr. Jason Abro as law enforcement supervisor of the year; and Lake Orion Police Chief Todd Stanfield as law enforcement officer of the year.

Event for seniors
CLINTON TOWNSHIP — The 32nd annual Senior Fun Festival will be held from 9 a.m. until noon Sept. 29 at the Lorenzo Cultural Center, located on the Center Campus of Macomb Community College, 44575 Garfield Road.
The Macomb County Office of Senior Services is hosting the event. The expo will include refreshments, raffles, entertainment and community resources.

"ROSEVILLE — The Recreation Authority of Roseville & Eastpointe will hold its “Indoor Park” program from 10 a.m. until noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays Sept. 26 through Dec. 14.
The program is for children ages 10 months to 5 years old who can play inside on climbers, slides, bikes, wagons, scooters and more. There is no instructor for the drop-in program, and parents are required to supervise their own children. The cost is $2 per child per visit.
