OAKLAND COUNTY — Five candidates were competing for three six-year terms on the Lamphere Board of Education in the general election Nov. 8. Paul Cavanaugh came in first with 22.54% (2,367 votes), followed by Ryan McCann at 21.15% (2,221 votes) and Anthony Austin at 19.
