MACOMB COUNTY — A Port Huron man is facing a 13-count warrant in relation to several home invasions across multiple jurisdictions that occurred on Oct. 6.

CENTER LINE — The Center Line Department of Public Safety was investigating a social media threat at press time that forced school officials to close Center Line High School Oct. 8.  Center Line Public Schools Superintendent Joseph Hayes sent a letter to parents about 5:30 a.m.

ROYAL OAK — The repainting of the dreaded back-in parking spaces on Washington Avenue began Oct. 6 to convert them into a more convenient pull-in space. 

ROCHESTER HILLS — Two men disguised at DTE workers were found guilty this month of murdering Hussein “Sam” Murray in his Rochester Hills home last fall.
