MADISON HEIGHTS — Organizing a parade is no small feat. Months of planning go into the Memorial Day Parade in Madison Heights and this year is no different, with efforts already underway to ensure its success later this spring.

FARMINGTON HILLS — The Zekelman Holocaust Center has taken a major step toward ensuring that the voices of local Holocaust survivors will continue to be heard with a recently completed renovation project.

MADISON HEIGHTS — Last year, the Madison Heights Historical Commission put out a call for anyone with “artifacts of the city” — items such as photos, videotapes and newspaper articles that show people, places and events from the city’s past. The goal is to create an online collection that will be open to the public.
