The community is invited to gather for a presentation by an FBI Detroit Field Office agent to learn about the current scams and fraudulent activity that is  plaguing all communities and victimizing residents, according to a press release from local Mobile Watch groups.

The event will be held at the Bingham Woods Clubhouse, 30760 River Crossing. The doors will open at 2:45 p.m., and the event will run 3-5 p.m. June 18.

The presentation will show people how to protect themselves and their loved ones. Following the FBI presentation, a meet-and-greet will be held with retiring Chief Dan Roberts and our new Chief Curt Lawson from the Franklin-Bingham Farm Police Department. Refreshments will be provided following the presentation. To confirm attendance, email BFMobileWatch@gmail.com.
