Roseville High School will host two sports summer camp sessions later this month that will allow youths to work with Panthers coaches and athletes.
The camps take place June 16-19 and June 23-26. There will be a morning session that runs 8-11:30 a.m. and an afternoon session that goes from 12:30-4 p.m.
During the morning session, breakfast will be offered from 8-9 a.m., followed by a stretching session, a team talk where campers will receive an agenda for the day, skills tests and games. The afternoon session features lunch from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and then follow the morning session agenda.
Campers will receive instructions on skill development as individuals and as a team. Counselors will also stress the importance of education during the sessions. Campers will also receive a tour of Roseville High and its athletic facilities.
Cost to register for the camp is $50 for Roseville Community Schools students and $60 for everyone else. Costs for two sessions per week is $90 for RCS students and $110 for everyone else.

In a showdown of unbeaten OAA Blue squads, Birmingham Groves dominated Berkley High 47-14 Oct. 9 at home to take sole possession of first place. The Falcons have locked up at least a share of the title, their first since 2011, and are 8-0 overall.
